Mental health awareness 

Nature was the theme of this year’s Mental health awareness week in the UK…

But we don’t need to wait for a special day to be aware of mental health, to reach out for help or to reach out to help.

In this moment more than ever it is an important subject, and I wanted to take a moment to share a few thoughts…

Our current state does not define us:

Just like the ocean, just like movement, nothing is permanent. 

Life is constantly changing and moving.

This is the same for our mood, our mindset, our emotions.

Our current state does not define us… whether positive or negative, and there are tools and techniques that exist to help us to navigate the ever changing environment of life.

We are not alone:

I’m no expert voice on mental health, but I do believe this.
